We have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 2 parrots several budgies, several chooks and wildlife that turn up for a feed!!

Platapus in the dam, quolls to keep away from the chooks and heaps of bird life.

We are on 52 acres of Bush and cleared land.

We are 5 min to Lilydale and 15 to 20 min to Launceston.

It's nice and quiet here and we have a heat pump aswell as wood fire in a 3 bedroom home.

We have enough room for caravan, boat and/or motor home with 4x4ing just up the road.

Beach driving the dunes is about 45 minutes away at Bridport to Bellingham and fishing over at Beauty point.
