Our home is small but well equipped with a small low maintenance garden. Our main concern is for the care of our pets - a Labrador, a 1.5 yr.old Dobermann and a native cuckatoo. The Labrador is old and housebound. So only the Dobermann needs daily walks. She is very energetic and demands a lot of play time and attention. This is why we prefer a fully retired person or couple as house-sitters, so they can be "at home" most of the time. We are in a quiet and peaceful suburb, near a shopping centre and surrounded by parklands, a golf course and the Canning River. We have fully functional wifi/broadband and are close to public transport.
