Requirements
Mainly to look after a 8y kelpie who runs the house. Kelpie is friendly with other dogs & a fully fenced yard. Plenty of parking. 15amp GPO for caravan or motor home. Fire pit in the back yard. Very quite area, only 10min to town centre. 18min to Moore Park beach & 27min To Elliot Heads. The spare bedroom has its own walk-in robe. No lawns to be done as they will be good to go when I leave. You can arrive a few days earlier & leave a few days later if required
