It's a corner block with on-street parking available.

Our 14 year old gentle sheltie Scottie is fed in the morning and at night and a slow walk if possible just to the end of the street to stretch his legs. He sleeps most of the day, just has to go to the backyard for a wee in the morning.

The house has lovely established gardens, no need to do anything just water if needed.
