Our home is a low set spacious home. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets and spacious living areas in a quiet suburb north of Brisbane. Well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. Microwave and dishwasher. Air conditioning in the living areas and main bedroom.

There’s a good sized patio area for outdoor dining. There is also a saltwater pool. This is low maintenance and has solar heating and an automatic cleaner/chlorinator.

There is a major shopping centre close by (Chermside is just a 15 minute drive) with all the major stores, restaurants and a cinema. There is a smaller centre (Brookside) just 10 minutes away with Woolworths, Coles and other shops. It is a 30 minute drive to Brisbane city (train station 5 minute drive).

This area is a great base for exploring as it’s within driving distance of beaches, mountains, markets and great shopping. It’s an easy drive to the beautiful Sunshine Coast from here (1 hour), but there’s also beaches at Redcliffe and Scarborough which are around 30 minutes drive.

We just need someone to live in the home while we are away. Keep an eye on things, collect mail and water the garden and the pot plants. Happy for you to also run the mower over the lawn if you are so inclined.

We are looking for singles or couples with no children.
