Woman (or women) sitter required.
●Our property is a magical place of wonders. The home is extremely comfortable with ducted air-conditioning and all modern conveniences, including Starlink internet, and most streaming services at your disposal. There is also a 4m swim spa just below the back deck, perfect for an evening dip under the vast star canopy. Our house is located on a 65 acre bush block with abundant wildlife. We are situated 22kms from Bathurst.
●We have two dogs, chooks and a fish tank needing care.
●Easter, our 18mth old poodle, is an inside dog. She loves company throughout the day and is crate trained for when you need to leave the house and for sleeping overnight. She is also great company in the car and will sit next to you happily.
Easter had a fright with a tradesman recently and has since been untrusting of men, so we require a WOMAN or WOMEN to sit.
●Sunday, is a typical wiggly-bum, 5yr old labrador. She loves everything and everyone. She is more an outside dog but she can come inside and enjoys evenings on the mat in front of the tellie. She sleeps in the alcove by the front door.
Both dogs love to go for a daily walk on the lead. Because there is little to no traffic, nor houses nearby, it's such a pleasant experience. Sunday will pull on the lead if she sees a roo or an emu, but she otherwise just plods along.
●There are also 15 or so chickens who require letting out in the morning and closing up at dusk. They take themselves to bed and free range throughout the day. Their feed and water needs to be topped up when necessary and eggs collected daily.
●There is no yard maintenance as such as the property looks after itself. You won't be required to maintain the house yard other than some watering if needed.
●Numerous native birds come to feeders on the back deck each afternoon. The feeders are filled once a day.
●The bush setting is peaceful and stress-free. There are over ninety different bird species who have visited over time, four species of macropods, echidnas and numerous reptiles species. I also keep bees.
