My property is just over an acre and has been described as a slice of heaven. It has a glorious position, overlooking a river just a stone's throw away. We were visited recently by a family of dolphins who frolicked by my jetty. Beyond this is cattle grazing on rural farmland.

I do not have any pets here however, I do have lots of visiting birdlife who drop in for a feed, also the odd family of ducks who might call by, looking for the odd crust.

The reticulated garden has quite an area of lawn to be cut, thankfully there is a ride-on mower to assist with this.

The centre of town is just five minutes walk away. The town has shopping centre cafes and historical attractions. There is public transport to a larger shopping and business area and train service to Perth.

The accommodation is both comfortable and spacious. The house sitting position would be best suited for a couple or someone reasonably energetic.
