We are seeking reliable sitters to look after a comfortable 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom home on acreage (1 hectare)., with 2 living areas and study. We have a much-loved cat who needs company for our extended trip away. We have a collection of chooks who free-range during the day and need to be securely locked up in their enclosure at night, and have their feed and water replenished as needed. There are also 2 alpacas in the paddock, they require minimal care - mainly making sure their water trough is filled. There's a small garden area, but again, this needs little attention at this time of the year. The house has been renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Ducted gas heating, wood fired heater, lock-up garage and extensive under cover decking. We are a five-minute drive to the nearest supermarket and 40 minutes to Melbourne, with fantastic neighbours in the street. There is public transport, but it isn't very close (15 minutes' walk to the bus stop) so a vehicle is necessary. Non-smokers only please, and no pets.
