Mostly indoor cats but can go for short escorted walks. Black one needs brushing (fur ball troubles)

The toilet is a composting squat. Excellent hot shower. The driveway is 3 very rough kilometres.

Engaging 4 wheel drive not needed in the dry but a 4 wheel drive with good clearance is always necessary.

Sea breezes and small glimpses of the ocean. Possibility you can stay on for a time after I return.

I have a caravan with a roof over and a lean to. It's cooler than my dwelling. Home is about 6 or 7 kilometres

from the sea, as the crow flies. 40 minutes drive to beach at Evans Head. 30 minutes to a small town,

surprisingly, with good coffee.
