We have a beautiful home in a nice beachside, quiet suburb , on the Mid North Coast . Our home is only 12 months old with ducted air, Foxtel and lovely small gardens to care for . We also have a 12 month old Cavoodle who is easy to care for who needs lots of cuddles and small walks . Lock up garage and good driveway if you need to park a caravan . Only 20/30 minute stroll along a footpath or 3 minute drive to the beach. Our suburb has a lovely club, pub and several nice restaurants to choose from. Major town 16 drive away . We are planning several trips this year and would like to meet someone who can care for our home and dog reguarly .
