House sit Coffs Harbour

Navigating Coffs Harbour requires a car for most errands, as the sprawl between the hills and the coastline makes walking long distances difficult. You can easily reach essential supermarkets and pharmacies in the CBD, but most pet owners find the coastal stretch more rewarding for daily routines. The Jetty to Park Beach walk offers a flat, paved route ideal for morning strolls with a dog, keeping you close to the ocean breeze. For weekend supplies, the local markets provide fresh produce that simplifies meal planning while you settle into your host's kitchen. If you prefer a slower pace, the café strips around Park Beach or the quieter lanes near Sawtell offer spots to work remotely. While public transport exists, having your own wheels allows you to explore the Dorrigo escarpment or find secluded beach entries. Balancing pet care with these coastal outings defines the local rhythm, blending domestic responsibilities with easy access to subtropical nature.
