We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that need feeding each day.

Our cottage is a 2 br farmhouse style on 10 acres. It is all very private and recently renovated. Gas cooking. Bathroom/laundry with shower. Fully fenced on one level. Surrounded by a lovely cottage garden. There is gas heating and a slow combustion wood heater. Not a huge home but perfect for us. There is space for a caravan in a paddock if you prefer that.

We also have 2 airbnbs that will need flipping as per each booking. For those bookings we will pay you a cleaning fee. We have a high standard here. Washing of sheets etc will also need to be done between guests.

We will arrange for the farm mowing to be maintained. However the lawn in the house block will be your responsibility.

You will need a car as we are on a farm, 22 kms from Orange and Blayney. Do some searches on Google to find out about the area!
