We are a retired couple who have a daughter living overseas and who we visit every winter (her summer) for five to seven weeks. We would also like to be able to go away for holidays for a weekend or up to two weeks at a time.

We have a comfortable three bedroom house that has a low maintenance garden with two outdoor entertaining areas, no pool and friendly neighbours in a quiet and safe area. We are 10 minutes walk to a train line that takes 25 - 30 minutes to get to the Sydney CBD.

We have two cats so we need a person or people who like cats. The cats like to go outdoors sometimes but have to be inside overnight. They like company so we would preferably like someone who is not working or who works part-time but this is not essential.

Our other daughter lives 20 minutes away and would be available to assist with any problems.
