Long term house sit.

3 month trial starting mid May this year, with potential of long term sit of up to 2 years beginning March 2019

Prefer a retired but active couple. No pets or children please.

Need to keep spotless home and grounds with ability to handle most maintenance issues.

Home is occasionally rented to “holiday letters” so the house sitters would need to vacate the home at these times. 2017 this happened for a total of 4 weeks. If the house sitter is prepared to set up the home for the holiday let clients AND clean the home once the holiday letters depart ,we are prepared to share the profits of the holiday letting with the house sitter. (To be negotiated)

So the best arrangement would be a retired couple who own a caravan (which there is full sized enclosed storage for at the home) who are willing to go camping (Inskip Point only 5kms away) whilst the home is holiday let. Expect enough income to be shared to pay all utilities (and more) while at the house sit.
