Looking for an experienced house sitter with excellent references to take care of my well behaved labrador and my comfortable house and small garden.

Wilson is used to having two walks a day (for roughly an hour each time). I would not like him to be left alone for more than about 3 hours at a time so this job would not suit someone working full time.

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open plan, well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining and living area. It is fully air conditioned, gas central heating, and has excellent wifi as well as Foxtel and streaming TV channels. and an outdoor kitchen BBQ. It's located in walking distance to the city and the Capital City Trail and there is plenty of nearby public transport.

Princes Hill is a lovely area near all sorts of facilities, public transport, bike trails and lots of parks.
