We have 2 lazy cats and a Golden Retriever, also lazy but if you want to walk him, he will be an enthusiastic participant. All easy going with just food, love and attention required. Chickens and fish that need feeding daily. The chickens will provide you with a nice breakfast!

Large property in regional location with convenient shop over the road for all your needs. 20 minute drive to Grafton for bigger shops and gorgeous beaches not far.

Beautiful clean period home very peaceful and relaxing. Air conditioning for those hot days and gorgeous deck with hammock for those long afternoons with your favorite book.

For tv watchers there is Netflix and Foxtel with good internet coverage and unlimited usage.

Lawn may require to be mowed however depending on what you can do, we can organise for it to be done.
