We live in Pascoe Vale South, approximately 8 kms north of Melbourne GPO, one street from a tram line that travels past Melbourne Zoo into the city - approximately a 30 min trip. The Pascoe Vale South/Brunswick area has a vast number of very diverse restaurants, cafes and bars and a supermarket is within walking distance. Our house is close to main arterial roads such as Citylink and access to the airport and Calder Highway which heads into the country. (Mt Macedon, Kyneton, Castlemaine, Daylesford, Maldo, Bedigo, etc.

The house is a free standing timber art deco style timber building with 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom and a large open plan kitchen/living area. The front and back gardens have automatic watering systems.We have 2 miniature Dachshunds who are six years old who love going for a daily walk and love cuddling up on the couch at night.
