We live on a block of land just under 2 acres just out of the town of Grafton NSW, so best of both world with out of town living but easy access to town and surrounds, stunning beaches and waterways around along with national parks and waterfalls to explore all within easy day trip distance, Yamba is just 50mins down the road and coff harbour 1 hour away, jobs are easy just Watering plants, feed aviary birds, care for 2 jack russell dogs, care of ducks and a few chickens. Can use house or live in own accommodation on site.
