Well equipped brick home three and a half kilometres from town. One cat and one dog, plus watering of pots and possibly garden. It

is a rural setting with no near neighbours. Beautiful large gum trees in yard and dozens of various birds visit daily. Our dog, "Mister" is 13 years old, a middle sized dog with a very placid disposition. He is an outside dog and sleeps in the garage. Enjoys a walk if someone is available to take him. "Fancy" is a delightful little grey tabby, about 12 years old. She lives mostly in the house, but has a "cat" window and can come and go as she pleases. Both came from the Refuge - Fancy about 10 years ago and Mister probably 6 or 7 years ago. The property is 30 acres and has some agisted cattle on it, but plenty of room to go for a walk either to our dam, or Baroon Pocket Dam.
