House sitter needed - but not for the faint hearted!

The accommodation is the old barn, which has been converted to a comfortable studio unit, with joining bathroom unit. THERE IS NO PHONE, and NO MOBILE RECEPTION in the barn. There is wifi near the Homestead, which you are able to access. But you need to be aware that there is no reception in the accommodation.

We live in the gorgeous, safe and quaint town of St. Albans, in the Hawkesbury. We are located on the river, on 30 acres, walking distance to the lovely little town. Where there is not much except a historic pub, and a sandy river beach.

We have 2 dogs, a 2.5 year old Labrador, and a 2 year old Border Collie. Both are well behaved nice dogs. We also have chickens, and 3 minature goats.

We need someone that is active in the mornings.

The dogs are very used to having us around, so they love hanging with you during the day. The goats and the chooks are low maintenance. They require feeding morning and occasionally at night, scraps and grain. Nice and easy. Hence we would need someone that does not need to travel to work daily.

Hopefully you will love it here, you will go home feeling refreshed and relaxed. There are incredible bush walks moments away.
