Require someone as caretaker, to help me take care of my property in 2024. I live on a 5 acre block, close to shops, nature park, medical centres and tourist attractions. I will still be at home, but coming and going various times throughout the year. The person/s won’t be expected to work all the time on the block, but would be required to help me on weekends when I am there and take care of 2 dogs and some chooks when I’m not. Also, to be spatially aware and observant of the area around eg checking irrigation is still working, help keep the place tidy, etc. and they will need to have a self contained caravan, but water is supplied. The rent will be $100/wk, so this would be suitable for someone wanting to have a lengthy holiday in Darwin, cheaply, throughout the Dry Season.
