Requirements
There will be 4 maltese shitzus (one female, three males) here plus one male Russian Blue cat. It sounds like a lot but they are all super relaxed and very easy to look after.
Our home is in a rural-ish area but only 10 minutes to Richmond or 20 minutes the other way to Penrith. We have an inground pool, ducted air, NBN ( that works!), foxtel and Netflix. Very quiet, relaxing area.
