Assignment Requirements

We live in bayside Cleveland on a block overlooking Moreton Bay. It has water views and gets a good bay breeze most afternoons.

The house is private, comfortable and secure. It has a modern kitchen and Internet access.

We are within minutes of large shopping centres and Moreton Bay, restaurants, weekend markets, bayside walks and bicycle ways.

The house has a secure backyard and side fences. It is in a quiet street and neighbourhood. Shopping and public transport are close.

The house sitter would need to water the garden once a week and look after indoor plants. The garden is small so this should not be too onerous.

We have 2 cats. One cat is a pedigree Abyssinian cat named Tom. He needs to be kept indoors at night. I bring him in late afternoon for his feeding and then don't allow him out. The other cat Tam is old and an outdoors cat. She needs to be kept out of the house.

The dog is a 6 yo Short Haired Border Collie and very clever. She has done Flyball and been trained in agility. There is a dog park within easy walking distance of the house and it would be great if she can visit the dog park at least once a day for ball throwing exercise. I take her for a short walk each morning so she can take care of toilet business as she and Tom are locked in the garage each night. She is ball obsessed and very friendly. She thinks every human is her friend which can be a problem.

We would expect the house to be kept clean and tidy and the left the way it was found.
