My place is comfortable and a little unusual. If you are working from home, it has a dedicated office with fast and reliant Internet access.

The rest of the place has what you'd expect to be comfortable, although there is no television (but there is an iMac set up as a media player so you can still watch free to air streams and your own files - no Netflix). There's a small courtyard garden that probably isn't the most enticing in the middle of a Melbourne winter, but it's also low maintenance. If you are keen on keeping fit, I also have a room set up with a weights bench, exercise ball and treadmill.

There's a café nearby, and it's a six-minute walk to trains and trams. The local shops are a couple of minutes further. There's no off-street parking, but plenty of space to store a bicycle.
