Enjoy our beautiful off grid High Country 4 bedroom retreat with panoramic mountain views and best sunsets in the world, a big deck and peace and quiet, 15 minutes from the country town of Omeo. Looking for someone to care for a friendly dog, chooks (lots of fresh eggs), 2 horses (low maintenance, no feeding, they just need pats sometimes!), and water the veggie garden (no other gardening required just turn on the sprinkler). Would suit trout fisherpeople with stocked private dam to fish for brown and tiger trout + fantastic remote rivers nearby if of interest. Also 15min drive to the brand new Omeo MTB trails, 1hr drive to Falls Creek MTB trails. 1.5hr drive to Bright for a larger supermarket, 1hr 45mins scenic drive to Bairnsdale for larger shops/supplies. Note property is off grid, solar power is usually plentiful in February, there is a generator for back up on cloudy days. Located at 1000 metres above sea level means this is the perfect place to escape the summer heat, February is usually nice mid 20C days. Fast Starlink internet available for those working remotely.
