Need house minded and my pet cavoodle minded. She is very friendly. I will have a seperate accommodation ready for housesitter at rear of house with own bathroom and seperate tv area. Jobs involved walking dog in morning and arvo and she has an hour run around in yard, fully fenced but still have to keep an eye on her as she can dig for bunnies, and garbage taken out. Feeding dog and treats and keeping house tidy and some pots outside watered. I live only minutes walk from brewery and club and shops, with butcher, supermarket, cinema, everything is closeby. Happy to pay for some extra jobs, eg gardening , but leave house as clean as you found it. Have 2 airbnbs on same property and a cleaner will come in case we have bookings. This is one of the most beautiful properties on river in sussex inlet. I will leave my bedroom locked.
