We have a cat and a dog that need caring for. The cat is an indoor cat to protect wildlife. Our dog is a very affectionate Staffy/Lab rescue dog who has joined the family reasonably recently. She is very loving but still working on her manners.

Our single story house is situated on a largish, well treed block in a cul-de-sac in the golf course area of Cheltenham-Beaumaris in Melbourne. Around us are two golf courses, numerous sports fields and ovals and Cheltenham Park, so there are plenty of lovely areas to walk. The local shopping strip (Sea View) has great coffee shops, chemist, supermarket, etc and is only 12 minutes walk away, with the large Southland shopping centre a 7 minute drive away. Our nearest beach, Ricketts Point, is a 7 minute drive away and we also have a 24/7 dog beach, which is great for walking the dog.

Our house is spacious and comfortable with reverse cycle heating and cooling, and unlimited Internet. The home office has a sit-stand desk and choice of saddle or regular chair and has a nice view onto the garden.
