Assignment Requirements

We have 5 very well behaved creatures, 3 cats and 2 dogs that will need caring for over the Xmas break. The upside, besides them all being adorable, is you’ll get to do it in one of the most beautiful places in Australia…..Noosa Heads. We are steps from the Noosa River with cafes and world class restaurants abound and only minutes from the beach, famous Hasting’s St and all it has to offer. The unit is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully air conditioned with a pool and small backyard. Not too big and not too small but just right for an easygoing break.

About the Area

Noosaville Sunshine Coast, Queensland

Suburb Insights

Life in Noosaville centers on the rhythm of the Noosa River and the proximity to the coastal hinterland. Morning routines often involve walking the pet along the riverfront boardwalks or heading to the Eumundi Markets on a Wednesday or Saturday for local produce. When the house is quiet and the pets are settled, the riverside café strips offer a slower pace for a mid-morning coffee. The ability to transition quickly from a quiet indoor space to a paddleboard session on the calm river waters defines the local flow. Weekends lend themselves to exploring the Noosa National Park trails or driving toward the hinterland for cooler air. Coastal walks provide plenty of mental clarity between pet feeding and home maintenance tasks. Public transport links and bike paths make navigating the area without a car manageable, allowing for easy trips to the beach. Living here means embracing a lifestyle where the boundary between your living room and the outdoors feels almost nonexistent.
