Assignment Requirements

Short notice we know, the house sitters we had arranged due to a family drama are no longer available.

So if you are looking for a special home to house sit then your search is over. Our 4-bedroom home is a very private, tidy small farm in Valla rural, set on 6.42 acres with inspirational views. Aside for the house, we have a covered outdoor entertainment area, overlooking an inground saltwater pool, outdoor Spa with stunning mountain views.

While Valla never gets hot or really cold, there is a slow combustion fire and reverse cycle air for summer & winter comfort

It is approximately 9kms to Valla Beach, services include a pub, pharmacy, real estate agent, cafe/general store, community preschool and a caravan park. Valla Beach is well known for surfing and if fishing is your thing, then the rivers and beaches have fish a plenty.

Nambucca Heads about 13kms away, is home to medical services, supermarket, speciality shops, golf, bowls club and RSL. The city of Coffs Harbour is approximately 45kms. This is living!

House sitting duties include looking after our 56dogs (4 adult Labradors, 2 Lab puppies & a Saluki) aged between 5 months and 12 years old and we have one cat. The dogs sleep outside but are otherwise very much part of the family and enjoy a walk. Nelson, the cat, considers himself in charge.

Our three horses are also older gentleman and so require feeding twice a day, all three are very polite and well behaved and enjoy being made a fuss of.

We have a gardener who will mow the lawns if required, but pot plants around the house will require watering.
