We have two very independent cats who will need a servant to feed and water them. One black and white called Diesel and one ginger/gold called Simba, aged 14 months and 9 months.

Our home is a two storey, two bedroom townhouse, with smart TV, foxtel and netflicks, wifi etc. We have a cute, private, no maintenance back courtyard with webber gas bbq, table and umbrella. The neighbourhood has a private residence pool, spa, BB!Q area and full size tennis courts which is adjacent to our home. Public transport is also near by, and regular bus service is available and trains are about a 15min walk. There are local shops with a Woolworth, bakery, butcher, newsagent, hairdresser, etc at both Berala and Regents Park.

Lots of golf courses and parks nearby, including the famous Auburn Botanical and Japanese Gardens just down the road.

Parramatta is the closest major centre with everything you need including a very popular eating street with some fabulous restaurants of all kinds.
