To look after our home and animals, consisting of 3 small inside dogs, 1 easy to look after cat, a fishtank and a chicken. We have a country gravel driveway which can be a challenge for some people. We are on 15 acre country property but only and hour out of Melbourne central. We have most things set up for easy care when we are away.

Our property is not fancy but is homely, due to it being on the side of a reserve there is often a visit from the local wildlife. It is quiet and calm.

We have a personal situation here which we do not make public. We have an Autistic adult Son that lives at home, he is cared for by NDIS workers and outreach staff so a house sitter does not need to do anything with him. He is solitary and spends most time in his room in the back part of the house in an area that a house sitter will not need to use. We also have a parrot but only he is able to care for the parrot and can manage this task.
