Must be pet friendly, we have a standard Groodle (approx 27kgs) and 2 budgies that need taking care of as a priority (particularly the dog). The dog is used to company, so the house sitter needs to be prepared to be home for decent periods of time and most evenings. She will need to be walked at least once a day, though she is 9 years old, so beginning to slow down a little.
