Hello there!

We are off to Europe and Asia for 4 weeks and we are looking for someone who would be willing to look after our home and also give a hand with our Air BnBs (for a fee!)

The house is located on a 5 acres block with beautiful manicured gardens which will be in full bloom during your stay. We have a 15 years old pomeranian (Jimmy) a two years old standard Labradoodle (Patrick) and a 3 years old cat (Judy/Gatto), we have 40 chickens several ducks a few sheep and 2 alpacas. Looking after the animals is really easy and takes less than 2 hours per week (except the dogs and the cat, they require daily cuddles!)

We would also ask you to water our plants once a week and just keep a general eye on the property.

We also run two very successful Air BnBs on the property. We will still deal with all booking requests and we have several cleaners that we use to turn the properties around, but we would like the person or the people who will housesit to be available to clean the place should the cleaner not be available. We would ideally like the person who housesit to deal with some minor tasks such as putting the laundry bags on the verandah once a week and other minor tasks.

In case I can't find anyone to clean I would ideally ask the house sitter to clean (this is very last resort, I have usually many cleaners that are able to attend to the site). I pay $40 an hour for cleaning.

The house has 4 bedrooms (you would have access to 3), 2 formal living rooms (you will have access to one),one with a Grand Piano and one with a beautiful fireplace. We have high speed internet, Foxtel, Netflix and all modern amenities you can possibly think of. There is a beautiful terrace with a hammock, a large bbq and some very comfortable seating.

This would probably be suited to a solo or backpacker couple looking to stay in luxury while giving a bit back. The house is located in the small village of Penrose and if you want to move around you will need a car... usually when people get here they hardly want to leave though!

We leave for Europe on the 6th of September so ideally we would like you to move in a few of days before so that we can show you around and give you clear instructions on what is expected.

We will also leave some food for you for your period. This may not be enough to get you through the entire time but we will make sure that you are stocked up on all essentials.
