SHORT STAY HOLIDAY OPPORTUNITY IN GREAT SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND LOCATION

Quiet, private, small acreage property boasting incredible views, a bird lovers paradise, and wonderful, local wildlife opportunities.

The property borders on a small national park which is great for recreational use such as bushwalking, bird watching, mountain biking etc.

1 hour drive or less to visit Rainbow Beach, Fraser Island, Noosa, Eumundi Markets, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Mary Valley or the southern end of the Fraser Coast region.

Only a short 15 minute drive to essential services in town, including shops, restaurants, hospital etc.

There is no public transport services in this area, so you will need your own vehicle. All access is good so a 4WD is not required.

My residence is a low set, simple 3 bedroom home with full verandahs to enjoy the views. You are welcome to use my home or bring your own. There is plenty of room for your campervan, motorhome or caravan.

Utility use is included either way and a well behaved pet will be considered on application.

No yard work, gardening or property maintenance needed - requirements are for the fur family only.

I have 2 quiet, gentle geldings who require feeding & yarding at night. So some horse handling experience is required.

There is also 3 medium sized, well mannered & trained, friendly dogs, 2 nice cats and some chooks.

There is no requirement for exercising animals, although the dogs would certainly love to go walking with you, if you would like to take them.

The maximum time required for animal care is no more than 30 minutes each morning and again in the late afternoon or early evening.

I just need you to ensure food, water, general well-being and some occasional companionship while I am away for a much needed holiday.

Plenty of free time for you to explore what this wonderful area has to offer.

Or sit quietly on the verandah, enjoy the beautiful views with some refreshments, while you listen to the whip birds.
