Self contained cottage on property, for use by house sitter. Galley kitchen only.

Light gardening duties. Use of blower on hard surfaces. Watering if conditions are dry.

Maintaining a presence at our home for security. Mail collection.

The suitable person/s will be able-bodied, bring no pets of their own, & will not smoke inside. Must have own vehicle.

The cottage would suit a single person, or a couple. It has two bedrooms.

There should be no need to enter the main home.
