- Two bedrooms (queen and king)

- Two bathrooms

- Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living

- Balcony overlooking stunning bushland and river, with plentiful birdlife (e.g. cockatoos, king parrots, kookaburras, rosellas and lorikeets)

- Secluded north-facing courtyard with overhanging trees and winter sunshine

- Our 3 beautiful cats. They all have a gentle temperament, get along well, and provide great entertainment (the younger two enjoy wrestling and rumbling)

- Netflix, dishwasher, wifi

House Duties:

- Feed cats (twice a day) and top-up water (once a day)

- Clean litter tray (twice a day)

- Water plants (if required)
