We are seeking reliable sitters to look after a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on acreage (1 hectare). We plan to leave our clutter in our bedroom, which will make it a 2 bedroom, one bathroom home, with 2 living areas and study. We have two much-loved cats who need company for our extended trip away. There are also 2 alpacas in the paddock, they require minimal care during the winter months (just making sure their water trough is filled). We are establishing a garden, but again, this needs minimal attention during winter. The house has been renovated with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Ducted gas heating, wood fired heater, lock-up garage and extensive under cover decking. We are a five-minute drive to the nearest supermarket and 40 minutes to Melbourne, with fantastic neighbours in the street. There is public transport, but it isn't very close (15 minutes' walk to the bus stop) so a vehicle is necessary. Non-smokers only please, and no pets.
