Our home is on a serene 2 acres surrounded by farmland with laughing kookaburras and cute koalas. We are a 25 minute drive to Warrnambool, a 20 minute drive to Terang and a 30 minute drive to the Great Ocean Road.

Our home is 3 bedrooms with a newly renovated bathroom. There is also plenty of room to park a caravan/motorhome if you prefer.

We do have a few critters that require care as listed below:

- 3 sweet female desexed dogs - a Jack Russell Terrier, a Bull Arab and a Staghound x Heeler.

- 1 desexed male cat who is outside only.

- 1 Centralian Diamond Carpet Python whose tank will be locked and she will be fed and watered before we leave so no need to handle her.

- 4 ducks and 4 chickens who require daily feeding and watering along with egg collection.

- 5 sheep and 1 deer that are all pets who will require their water to be topped up.

I also have a dahlia flower patch that if there is very warm weather will require watering in the mornings of super hot days.
