House sit KINGSWOOD

Our home is a comfortable three-bedroom townhouse in a quiet complex of just 10 homes with wonderful neighbours. We're conveniently located close to the train station, Western Sydney University and Nepean Hospital, at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Mountains and only around 50 minutes from Sydney. You'll have access to unlimited internet, streaming services and, if needed, a car during your stay. We also have a house cleaner who visits once a week.

Our dogs are the stars of the show!

**Ike** is our 11-year-old Border Collie cross. He's calm, gentle and incredibly well behaved. He loves a short daily walk, a comfy spot to relax and simply being near his people.

**Raph** is our energetic 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel. He's affectionate, playful and full of personality. He absolutely loves long walks and is very well behaved with us, although he can still be a little excitable and puppy-like when meeting new people or visitors.

Both dogs sleep downstairs and are used to a consistent routine. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs and can provide them with the companionship, exercise and affection they're accustomed to. The main responsibilities are feeding them, taking them for their daily walks, keeping the small backyard tidy with a quick poop clean-up once or twice a day, and giving them plenty of love and attention.
