We live on a semi rural block of 3 and half acres - with native box trees and a creek running through the bottom of land. Views across the valley. No work involved here. Have a 4 bedroom house with study, pool, WIFI, internet, aircon, open fire, electric appliances. Have indoor pot plants that need watering weekly. Outside pot plants will need watering depending on weather. Have 2 cats - a blue point siamese and another champagne part oriental - one cat needs daily medication. They both love company and are used to having someone around at least part of the day. Shops, doctor,chemist are down the hill. Train services about 7 -10 minutes drive.
