I have a beautiful cat called Simba who is super affectionate and loves people. You must be able to cope with a cat that likes to sleep where you sleep or be where you are.

This home is filled with plants outside so must know how to care for the garden.

I have no TV but good NBN internet so bring your laptop/tablet or dont and enjoy the many books around.

There is also a fish pond so a weekly feed is also needed and the removal of palms/pods that fall into it on occasion.

The garden is peaceful with kangaroos that hangout in the adjacent nature
