4 x2 house, in beautiful Busselton W.A. 1 street back from the beach (Geograghe Bay), have 2 larger trained outside dogs (Female Dobermann + Male Collie X both 7 years old and fully vac) both need feeding and daily walk to the dog beach 5min walk.

Large pond with friendly pond fish - feeding every 3 days and scoop out a few leaves.

. No gardening/cleaning would be expected, just walking and feeding the dogs and fish – no need to walk the fish though!

My house/garden will be spoitless when you move in.

You will have the run of the house with your own bathroom and 2 bedrooms and most welcome to use the internet and live streaming and anything you need inside the house and outside bar/t.v. area

Patio plants need one water while we are away for 10 days in July.

Beautiful patio bar area with T.V. and beers in the fridge.
