We have a new 4 bedroom home in the beautiful town of Bowral, in the Southern Highlands of NSW. It is 10 minutes drive from the centre of Bowral town, with its lovely cafes, shops, wineries & lots of walks. We have 2 West Highland White Terriers, (sisters aged 11 & 14), who are inside dogs and very loved. We have NBN internet connection and all mod cons. including ceiling fans and ducted airconditioning, dishwasher, BBQ, and a new outdoor swimming pool and pergola area. Ideally we are looking for a housesitter(s) who work from home or who are around home a lot of the time and who don't mind keeping the house clean and tidy. We are on a 2 acre property and will need the new gardens and lawns to be watered over the summer. (We have sprinkler systems installed & hoses for the garden, but these do need to be moved around and timed & the lawn area is quite extensive). The lawns may need to be mowed, (we have a ride-on mower) but as they are still being established, this would not be often. We would love our dogs to be walked daily (if possible or not too hot) ,and given lots of love & attention. The 14 yr old is going deaf & doesn't walk far these days, but does like to get out, so we have an old stroller to put her in so that her 11 yr old sister can still walk. They sleep in the laundry at night, but are allowed inside when we are home. As our new house and garden have taken us years to build and establish, we are very house-proud, so Non-smokers and no pets or children please. We are planning a family holiday away over the Christmas/New Year period (33 days) so would prefer one set of house-sitters, but if we aren't able to find someone to sit for the whole period, we may be able to ask a friend to do the sit for us between 17/12/19 and 1/1/20.
