We live on a small (very) farm property in a little hamlet in the Upper Murray, about an hour from the snow. We have one very tame young heifer (female cow) who gets fed and also loves her treats. We also have seven chooks, some who lay and some who are ancient but well loved.

In essence, what we would like is someone who would like to spend time here, is happy to look after our darling cow, Bessie Belle and also our chookies. It is a pretty property, situated on Cudgewa Creek. We have a couple of dwellings here and we live in the old bakery, which is very cosy and has both reverse cycle heating and a lovely combustion heater. If the weather is very cold (it does get cold up here!), we would like someone to cover some of our young plants with geo cloth.

Apart from that, we would just like someone to be here and to be comfortable and happy being here. We have heaps of books and dvds and cycling is great around here.

We would like this to perhaps become a somewhat regular gig as we have family elsewhere we like to visit.
