Assignment Requirements

Our house is quite large (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets) and is on a flat block, just over half an acre. It's in a quiet dead-end street and backs onto a reserve and salt-water, tidal lagoon. The back fence is about 25 metres from the edge of the lagoon. It's a very quiet area and the neighbours are friendly. It's 6km from the local shopping centre and just 25 minutes drive from the Hobart City centre. Our family room is cosy and has a reverse-cycle heater and a free-standing wood heater; there is plenty of stacked wood available.

We have one dog, mostly Kelpie, but he's midway between a small and a medium sized dog. He's very friendly.
