I am making initial enquires for a dedicated house sitter to move into my one bedroom apartment in Sydney and care for my cat, once international borders open for NSW.

It's a modern apartment, AC in bedroom, 5th floor with lift.

There is an outdoor pool and gym in building as well as a great cafe.

Would suit a single person or a couple who don't mind a smallish space - apartment is not that big.(75sqm)

Looking for a cat lover who can handle a slightly fussy but very fun and affectionate cat.

There is a balcony but as he is not allowed onto it due to potential to escaping so would need somebody responsible not to leave the door open.

Location is 5 mins from a train station and 10 mins to CBD, bus to beach on doorstep and a very walkable area.

Must be a non-smoker.

A few plants on balcony to water too.

There is no parking but if you use GoGet there's plenty on the doorstep.

Looking for somebody ideally from NSW due to ongoing fear of borders closing!
