My investment home is currently vacant, unfurnished ( minus a double bed with bedding) and being renovated.

We live in Sydney and I recently returned after three weeks to retrieve our boat to find someone has helped themselves to my back yard and taken my entire chilli garden, a very large ceramic pot and a few boxes of soft drinks from inside my garage.

I worry it won't be garden pots next time and seeking a nomad looking for free water, free parking and if staying longer than a month to chip in for some electricity usage.

The house is 3 bedrooms with a kitchen that is currently in the middle of a Reno. It's fully functional but is missing a splash back and a few cubbords so looks a little off putting.

The house has natural gas heating, natural gas outdoor BBQ, Air con, ceiling fans and three vacant rooms to utilise and is fully fenced for travellers with dogs.

It has an extreamly long driveway with a 4 car garage, a double car port, a single carport with a further undercover area for a car. Anyone with a caravan or bus will have ample room to store both their van and their car/s.

We're looking for a flexible house sitter who doesn't mind us on occasion and with notice returning to complete the renovations. This will be far and in between though as we're down to one income, Thanks Covid, and likely won't be til Dec

Since the house is unfurnished and doesn't have a fridge it would suit a traveller who doesn't mind living in their van and simply needs access to the amenities

We can't rent the place til March. A long term sitter looking for a cheap place to wait out the Rona would be amazing.

We don't have pets and don't expect much past mowing the lawns once a month and generally just being a presence to deter vandles and plant theiving neighbours.
