House Sitter will be required to collect mail, mow lawns, weed garden, feed fish and keep the house clean and tidy.

The house is a single story ranch style in a quiet court with friendly neighbours on a relatively low maintenance half acre block. Gas hot water, cooking and central heating. It is a short walk to a shopping centre with bus stop at the end of the court.

Wifi available. Security alarms and off-street parking.

Located in historic Ballarat just over one hour by train or car to Melbourne central

A long term sitter is preferred but we may accept several sitters to share the period we will be away.
