Assignment Requirements

We are looking for a lovely sitter(s) to look after our two pugs, cat and goldfish while we head away on holidays. We have a lovely home in Lake Macquarie with a pool, wifi, aircon and lake views. Our dogs (Otto and Peppa) are cuddly and active and tend to get lonely so we would prefer someone who is home during the day. Sitters with references preferred.

Suburb Insights
Life in Eleebana moves at a gentle, water-focused pace. For house sitters, the primary rhythm involves morning walks along the lakeside trails or through the quiet, leafy streets surrounding the local parklands. Keeping pets active is easy here, as the proximity to the water provides shaded paths that stay cool during the afternoon heat. While the suburb feels secluded, most daily essentials are accessible via a short drive through Warners Bay. This allows you to stock the pantry at nearby supermarkets or grab fresh produce from the local markets without much fuss. Transport is largely car-dependent for navigating between the lake and the coast, though many enjoy the drive to nearby beaches for a midday break. If you prefer walking, the local café strips offer a quiet spot for coffee, though the suburb remains largely residential and peaceful. Managing the home feels straightforward when your routine revolves around the tranquil lakefront and the occasional trip into town for supplies.
