Requirements : Look after ( feed, walk, cuddle, etc my black and white little cavoodle ( he is 2 yrs and 4 months ) called Matisse or Teeci. He is smart, sensitive, very affectionate, mostly house trained, loves peaceful walks in nature and sleeping on your bed and playing with you and sleeping. He is an easy dog, really.

He can be left at home, some days, for say 5 n half hours if you need go out alone. He loves to come out in the car, if it's not too hot. Windows always down a little, regular wee breaks and little walks, etc. He is fine to stay home, some days, too.

I have an old fashioned very comfortable artist's cottage, quality furnishings, new bathroom, new laundry, freshly painted walls, new roofing, very close ( 2 or 4 mins walk to coffee shops and village amenities and sea beach.

We are 15mins drive to Bellingen and Sawtell, 20 to Coffs Harbour.

I would like it if you would be mindful of avoiding mould., eg., close all windows if raining, in afternoon after 3 or 4:00pm in dry weather, put fans on regularly. So far it's worked well and is so easy to do. I have one AC in living room and one in bedroom. I do not run them simultaneously. So, generally, kindly be REALLY mindful of electricity consumption. I have a big flat screened TV. You would be welcome to use my Netflicks. I would like it if you would water my very little garden twice a week. And kindly bring my mail inside. Easy jobs !

I am very much seeking one very quiet living, caring responsible easy single woman, who has a real connection with dogs and would enjoy this beautiful natural environment and the really easy caring for my home and little doggie.
